| Only UK Kennel Club registered dogs and bitches may be listed within Pedigree Search breeder profiles. All listings must include the full pedigree name of both dam and sire. |

| Puppies listed on Pedigree Search must be the progeny of Kennel Club registered parents and be themselves registered with the UK Kennel club prior to sale. All listings must include the full pedigree name of both dam and sire. |

| The 'KC Kennel Affix' section of the breeders profile may only be completed where you have been issued an official kennel affix from the UK Kennel Club, in all other cases it should be left as 'None'. |

| All dogs / bitches / puppies included in a breeders profile must belong to that breeder and all information displayed accurate. |

| Pictures may only be uploaded where the breeder holds the copyright for the picture or has permission from the copyright holder - when uploading a picture to their account the breeder assumes all responsibility for the picture in respect of any claim of copyright infringement. |

| Pedigree Search provide an introductory service between breeders and potential buyers and whilst we endeavour to ensure that all information on the site is accurate we offer no guarantee on the accuracy of information displayed and cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions. We provide extensive information within the site for both buyers and sellers regarding the safe sale, or purchase, of puppies and recommend that all members and visitors avail themselves of this information. |

| Pedigree Search makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide and shall not be responsible for any failure to provide any service or perform any obligation because of any act of God, strike, work stoppage, governmental act or directive, war, riot or civil commotion, equipment or facilities shortage which are being experienced by providers of telecommunication services generally, or other similar force beyond its reasonable control. |

| Creating a Pedigree Search account will be taken as agreement by the client to these terms and conditions. A breach of these terms and conditions may result in suspension or termination of the breeders account at Pedigree Search's discretion. |

| Pedigree Search reserves the right to update these terms and conditions as and when required, the most recent copy of this document will always be available via the Pedigree Search web site. |
